Distract yourself, cheer yourself up, and keep grief far away from you because grief has destroyed many, and there’s no benefit in it.
The joyfulness of the heart, is the life of a man, and a never failing treasure of holiness: and the joy of a man is length of life.
Enjoy yourself and be happy; don't worry all the time. Worry never did anybody any good, and it has destroyed many people.

Indulge yourself and take comfort, and banish sorrow far from your heart. For grief has brought about the death of many, and no advantage has ever been gained as a result of it.
